Back to BAEsics
Confidence comes first. Finding the fun in the foundation.
No One Starts Knowing How to Slay
Most heels programs throw you in. Back to BAEsics walks you in. Zay built this series for the woman, man, or person who has been watching from the corner, telling themselves they could not. Six weeks later, you are rolling on the floor, hair flipping, throwing the thing, and wondering why anyone ever called you shy.
Weeks one through three: no heels. You learn the movement, build the confidence, and earn the right to put the shoe on. Weeks four through six: the heels come on, and everything you built pays off in a closing combo that proves you could always do this.
Back to BAEsics has a Part 1, a Part 2, and an extended training option to further your journey. This series fills quickly. Grab a friend and jump in.
Coming soon: online cohort. Take the 6-week series from anywhere.
Includes 5 free Bila drop-in classes during the series, so you can explore salsa, bachata, and more while you train.
