Coming Back What It Is

The Next Level

ZB Performance Training Co. is not a beginner program. It is the program for intermediate to advanced dancers who are serious about turning their skill into a career. Industry prepped for dancers ready to work. Headshots, agent advice, performance training, and more.

The program packages technical dance training with the infrastructure you need to actually work: headshots, resume building, reel guidance, camera presence, and industry knowledge. Students leave with tools, not just technique.

ZB Performance Training Co. has not run in approximately two years while Zay focused on Back to BAEsics. A revival is actively being planned. Redesigned format: 6-day intensive over two weekends, instead of the previous multi-week format.

Inside the Program

"Loving The Lens" Camera Training

Performance is half of it. Camera is the other half. Loving The Lens is the part of ZB Performance Training Co. where dancers learn how to actually show up on a shoot: photoshoots, videography, what to expect on set, rehearsal etiquette, and the emotional connection that makes a take land.

  • Photoshoot direction: angles, expression, working with a photographer.
  • Videography fundamentals: framing, performing for the camera, holding intention.
  • On-set etiquette: what professional dancers do before, during, and after a take.
  • Emotional connection: how intention translates into the frame.
